Lauren Holt is an actress, known for Barbie, Saturday Night Live and Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000). She can soon be seen in the upcoming film You’re Cordially Invited alongside Will Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon.

Before her SNL debut, Lauren was a house performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) theater on the sketch comedy UCB Maude Team, The Audacity and she was on the UCB Character Team, Characters Welcome. She is a founding member of the UCB musical improv troupe, The Pickup.

Lauren has also starred as Barb in Stranger Things: The Musical at The Hudson Theater. And for her role in the short film, Parent Teacher Conference, she received a Best Actress nomination at the Atlanta Comedy Film Festival. Lauren also appears in the short film, Keep Calm and Tampon alongside Lennon Parham and Laura Silverman, and she was featured in Lady Gaga's music video Til It Happens To You, directed by Catherine Hardwicke.

Lauren is from Charlotte, North Carolina and is based in Los Angeles, California.
